Made to spread the word of Days Of Jupiter in new territories, the album consists of 10 excitingly varied tracks, and their brand new single ‘Desolation’ increases the anticipation even further. Lyrically referring to the album title, it showcases the melancholy driven side of the band in the form of an arousing yet emotive ballad, following the heavier soundscapes of opening track ‘Original Sin,’ ‘Machine,’ and ‘The Fix.’ The message of ‘Desolation’ was impeccably visualised by the group’s long-time partner Andreas Lundin at Litbox Productions.

“‘Desolation’ is a naked, raw and honest confession. ‘When is it enough, are we enough?’ It’s all about the struggle when darkness and anxiety challenge us to our utmost limits and about the question how our mind can transport us to another reality where we are forced to face and fight our thoughts and our beliefs about ourselves,” declares lyricist Robert Hilli.
