Mordkaul announces the release of their new album “Feeding The Machine”. Part 1 to be released on February 16th 2023.
After the successful release of their debut album Dress Code: Blood in 2021, Belgian melodic death metal outfit Mordkaul announces the release of their second album: Feeding The Machine.
Where Dress Code: Blood was heavily inspired by the iconic Swedish death metal bands from the 90’s, Feeding The Machine goes a step further than that. With wider influences of iconic 90’s death metal acts like Morbid Angel and Death, Feeding The Machine hits even harder.
With the typical aggressive vocals of Tommy complemented by the impressive grunts of the band’s new guitar player Stefan, the bar is raised even more. Expect the top class song writing from Tim, signature solos shredded by Vincent and the first Mordkaul recording of drum monster Tony including the full arsenal of blast beats and grooves.
To get the most out of the individual songs and promoting them to their best extent, Feeding The Machine is released in two parts. The focus for part one will be mainly on digital releases including several video clips and singles. Part 2 will be recorded in May 2023 to be released towards the end of Summer 2023. Once both parts are out, physical releases will be done as well.
Feeding The Machine – Part 1 was recorded at the end of Summer 2022 at Project Zero studio by Yarne Heylen. Just like with Dress Code: Blood, mixing and mastering was done by Dan Swanö.
